Shipping Policy

We offer a worldwide shipping service, but do not accept P.O Box/APO/FPO address. Our website currently charges a $20 shipping fee per order for shipping, and the shipping fee is non-refundable on returns. For our shipping, please provide a valid contact number, postal code at the shipping address.

 

Total Delivery Time

The TOTAL DELIVERY TIME is based on order processing time + the time it will take for the finished item to be shipped to you. If your order is in stock, our processing time is usually only 1-3 days. If this order needs to be customized, then we need 10-20 days processing time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1020 days or more) + Shipping Time (710 days)

Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times. If the shipping of your order is delayed for a long time, please call the courier service for details, or contact us.

 

Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the Recipient, these charges are imposed by the recipient’s local government, please contact your local shipping company or customs office for additional information in case your package had a tariff. Or contact us for more information support.

 

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

Returns:
