7 Days Return/Refund Policy
Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our return policy within 7 days of receipt.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- Cancellation within 48 hours: Free of charge, full refund.
- Cancellation after 48 hours: 50% of the item fee charged. The remaining 50% of the item fee and shipping costs will be refunded after cancellation.
- Note: Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Cancellation After Dispatch:
Unfortunately, due to international logistics constraints, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
For cancellation requests, please contact us via email rather than social private chat. Thank you for your understanding.
The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 7 days of receipt)
It arrived wrong item/color.
It arrived damaged or in defective quality.
If we make it in the wrong size.
It arrived with missing parts.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy.
Special sale items(lucky bag), Clearance items(Final Sale) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products were made in the wrong size due to customers providing the wrong sizes.
Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
Products not delivered because of customers providing wrong address.
Outside of 7 days of receipt.
Below are the detailed instructions on HOW TO PROCESS a return or exchange.
First of all, please contact our after-sale service via email or submit a request here, we will check the issues and confirm the return details for you. Otherwise, we do not accept the return without the consent of the customer service.
Please send the related evidence to confirm the problem, so we can claim it for you.
Please obtain the return shipping address through our email, any address obtained from any other source is not valid.
The refunds will be returned back to you in 3-5 business days after we receive the item in good condition. Or the refund will be given to you within 3-5 business days after we and review and approve your refund request. The exact time varies due to your payment bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The Shipping costs that we send your order to your address are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
IMPORTANT:
Please allow 1-2 inches differes for the obove size chart and allow 1-3 inches differes for the customize size due to manual measurement, thanks ((1inch=2.54cm, 1cm=0.39inch)
Our standard size chart is close to the US Size and its finished costume size. We suggest taking our size chart as a guideline before you choose the size.
If you don’t know how to choose the size, we suggest you have someone else help you to take your measurements, and then choose our custom size.
As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the above images, thanks for your understanding.
